What we collect

- Business data you enter into your organization: chart of accounts, transactions, contacts, products, employees, and any documents you import.
- Basic technical data needed to operate the service: session identifiers, timestamps, and audit logs of actions taken within your organization.
How we use it
- To provide the service itself — storing and displaying your organization's financial records back to you and the teammates you invite.
- To maintain an audit trail of changes within your organization, for your own accountability and troubleshooting.
- To respond when you contact us directly through the contact form or email.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your data, or your organization's financial data, to third parties.
- We do not use your business data to train external models or share it across organizations.
- We do not place advertising trackers on this site or within the product.
Data separation
- Every organization's data is scoped at the database level — one organization cannot query or view another's records under any normal use of the product.
Your controls
- You can invite or remove teammates from your organization, and adjust their permissions, at any time from Settings.
- You can contact us to request export or deletion of your account and organization data.
Changes to this policy
- If this policy changes in a material way, we'll note the effective date below and, where practical, notify account owners directly.
